The Pre-Visit

Start by visiting the EXTENSION PAGE to learn more about my approach, methods, and what makes these extensions different. When you’re ready, you’ll request an in-person consultation by clicking the GET STARTED button - just choose your date and time and you're all set!
Once your consultation is confirmed, I’ll send you a short pre-consultation form to gather a few details before we meet — so your appointment feels focused, comfortable, and personalized from the start.

The Consultation
During your in-person consultation, we’ll take a thoughtful, unhurried look at your hair goals, concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve with extensions.
We’ll explore different lengths and textures to find the most natural, flattering fit for you, and talk through your lifestyle and maintenance preferences to ensure extensions truly support your everyday life.
We’ll also review pricing, ongoing maintenance, and what to expect long-term — so everything feels clear and aligned. By the end of your consultation, you’ll have all of your questions answered and feel confident moving forward. If it’s the right fit, we’ll schedule your custom extension install.
The Appointment
On the day of your install appointment, you’ll receive a quick customization form to help tailor your experience to what you need that day — from comfort preferences to optional add-ons. Light snacks and beverages are always available, with the option to enhance your appointment with an extended scalp massage.
Once your extensions are installed and the cut is perfectly blended, you’ll be finished with my signature soft waves — designed to look natural and wear beautifully for days.
Before you head out, we’ll capture a few photos of your transformation and pre-book your first maintenance appointment so everything feels easy and seamless moving forward.
After Goodbye
At the end of your appointment, you’ll be invited into Tia’s Client-Only App — your go-to space for everything extensions. Inside, you’ll be able to book future appointments with ease, review your personalized extension aftercare, shop recommended products, and access a curated library of extension care and styling tutorials.
